Mantra Suraksha
As an extension to my project on women's safety in India, I came up with a concept for developing a brand identity that will make them feel a little safer while walking alone at night. Keeping the target audience in mind, the women in India, I chose a name in Hindi, the most spoken language in India. Mantra Suraksha is a brand that designs rings that are easily accessible in any situation. The ring when tapped, will alert the cops and record the scene. Mantra= Spell and Suraksha=Safety/Protection. Therefore, it means a protection spell in English. Please listen to the video below with the sound on.

Introduction and Concept:
As an extension to my project on women safety in India, I came up with an idea of creating a brand that will make them feel a little safer while walking alone at night. Keeping the target audience in mind, the women in India, I chose a name that is in Hindi, the most spoken language in India. Mantra Suraksha is a brand that designs rings as they are easily accessible in any situation. The ring when clicked will alert the cops and record the scene. Mantra = Spell and Suraksha = Safety/Protection. Therefore, it literally means protection spell in English.
The concept for my logo is based on the third eye of Lord shiv the hindu god, which is seen as a symbol for protection. It is believed to destroy all evil when it opens, thus generating the feeling of safety and someone watching over you. This logo was made into motion to reach out to the target audience and bring this brand out into the world. The final branding guide is shown below, followed by previous motion explorations.
