Dressed in Trust: Excloset
Role: Creative Direction, Art Direction, Digital Design · Scope: Website Strategy & Design, Responsive Experience, Naver Place, Paid Social, AI-Assisted Prototyping
From Identity to Experience
Excloset is a Korean luxury resale platform. Its refreshed identity existed, but the customer experience still reflected the previous brand. I directed how it would work in practice: a cohesive website, a consistent visual and interaction language, and a system carried across Naver and paid social.
The work was less about adding new brand elements and more about giving the existing ones structure, behavior, and purpose.

Trust Before Transaction
Luxury resale is a trust transaction. I led with who evaluates, how the process works, and why to trust the company, ahead of products or promotions.
Translating the Brand Into a System
I defined the hierarchy, page rhythm, CTA system, and content structure that let the brand work as an experience rather than isolated graphics.
Designing for Naver
Naver Place is often a customer's first encounter with the brand. I extended the system to its cover, designed for recognition at thumbnail scale.
The project turned Excloset's refreshed identity into a working digital brand system across its website, Naver, and paid social.
The thinking, alternate directions, and creative testing behind the final system.
